This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by KLC, LLC and its affiliated brands:

KLC, LLC specializes in professional corrective skincare and private-label manufacturing. Due to the nature of professional cosmetic products, custom manufacturing, and bulk production orders, the following policies apply.

All product sales, private-label production orders, consultation fees, service bookings, and deposits are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Skin sensitivity or adverse reaction
• Incorrect product selection without professional guidance
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Improper storage or handling

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

All private-label, custom, or bulk production orders are final once production begins.

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving formulas
• Reviewing and approving label artwork
• Confirming ingredient disclosures
• Verifying regulatory compliance for their market

Once approval is given and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

KLC, LLC is not responsible for design errors or content approved by the client prior to production.

Private-label clients assume full responsibility for regulatory compliance, product claims, and marketing representations once products are sold under their brand.

If you experience concerns regarding a product, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

At our discretion we may:

• Review product usage
• Evaluate treatment protocols
• Recommend adjustments
• Offer store credit

Support does not guarantee replacement, refund, or credit.

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery and must include:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds will not be provided.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

KLC, LLC is not responsible for:

• Packages marked delivered
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related shipping delays

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Consultations, deposits, and treatment bookings are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting KLC, LLC to attempt resolution constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation including:

• Order confirmations
• Shipping records
• Signed agreements
• Production approvals

By completing a purchase, placing an order, or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
