This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by KLC Skin and its affiliated brands:

• ACNE-Experts

We are committed to providing professional, corrective cosmetic products and services. Due to the nature of these products and treatments, specific guidelines apply.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All product sales, consultation fees, service bookings, and deposits are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Skin sensitivity or adverse reaction
• Incorrect product selection without professional guidance
• Failure to follow instructions
• Improper storage

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

2. CLIENT SUPPORT COMMITMENT

If you experience concerns regarding a product, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Review your routine
• Adjust usage guidance
• Recommend modifications
• Offer store credit

Support does not guarantee eligibility for refund or replacement.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery and must include:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photographs

If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement may be issued at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be provided.

4. SHIPPING

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked delivered
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. SERVICES & CONSULTATIONS

Consultations, deposits, and treatment bookings are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation.

7. POLICY AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
